The Mission of the Circuit Clerk’s office is to provide services to the public in a courteous, honest and professional manner, and to maintain an accurate and complete record of the court’s proceedings

Responsibilities

The Circuit Clerk is responsible for maintaining complete accurate records of the court, collecting, accounting for and disbursing all monies paid into the court and performing other duties as necessary to assist the court.
